Residency Fair at MBEC 2025

Location

The MBEC conference will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, Feb. 28-March 1. The residency fair will be held in the Merritt Room. View Map

Time

You are welcome to set up your table after 9am on March 1 and come in and/or leave your materials there all day. The main event will be held during the lunch hour for all registrants on Sat, March 1 from Noon-1:30pm.

Details

Medical students will be invited to have their box lunch and visit with you during this time. It’s an informal event. You may have your lunch there also. A 6ft. table with tablecloth, and 1 chair will be provided for you. I will have a table card with your program name- let me know if any changes from the list below. You could bring you own tablecloth or banner/sign too. Please bring materials /swag to hand out to the approximately 53 medical students (and 14 residents), and you can leave materials at your table until 5pm. We expect more than 300 medical professionals and others to attend the conference.
